For the first time in anyone’s memory the large sanctuary at Manchester United Methodist Church was completely empty on Sunday morning.  But that doesn’t mean that their attendance was down.  Actually it was up as members of the congregation scattered all over town to worship and honor God in the form of performing all kinds of Christian service to their community.  Dr. Carl Schenck, Senior Pastor of Manchester United Methodist Church tells about it in this MissionCast.  Pictures of their actual Sunday morning mission service are shown as he talks.  In the evening the congregation gathered for a celebration of their service.
